Position Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy Project Manager to join our software development team. This role involves managing multiple software development projects, coordinating with development teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and clients while ensuring project delivery meets both technical excellence and client expectations.

Required Experience:

Minimum 1 year of project management experience in software development or IT industry
Basic understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies
Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple concurrent software development projects from inception to deployment.
Coordinate with cross-functional development teams (frontend, backend, QA, DevOps).
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and technical documentation.
Manage client expectations and maintain regular communication about project progress
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
Coordinate with the sales team for project estimation and scope definition
Ensure timely delivery of software projects within budget and scope
Handle change requests and scope modifications professionally
